Laszlo S. Siegmund, P.E.

Mr. Siegmund is the founder and principal of Siegmund & Associates and the SiegmundGroup companies. His engineering experience is extensive in the areas of transportation, structural design, wastewater collection and treatment, waterfront and marina design, water supply and facilities planning and other branches of civil engineering. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in nine states. |

Richard Chiodini, P.E.
Project Engineer
Mr. Chiodini has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field servicing primarily federal, state and municipal clients. He has designed or participated in sewerage and potable water projects totaling more than $100M in construction costs and has designed SCADA systems for those projects. |

Mohamed Hussein, P.E.
Structural Engineer
Mr. Hussein has been with SAI since 1995 and he specializes in structural engineering layout, analysis & design, structural inspection, construction supervision and project/group manager. He has overseen the design of several highway bridge replacements and statewide road resurfacing programs. |

Roy Messier
Project Engineer
Mr. Messier has been with SAI since 2002 and has experience in drafting and CAD in the areas of architecture, site development, transportation and structural engineering. His responsiblities have included preparation of plans, profiles and details, report graphics and presentation displays. Mr. Messier also has experience in RIDOT projects including preparation of Contract Plans and Documents, preparing Right-of-Way and Plot plans for RIDOT project submissions. He is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology. |

Steven Connor
Staff Engineer
Mr. Connor joined the SAI team in 2003. He has been involved in many of the larger projects for SAI, focusing on the structural aspects of engineering. His responsibilities have included structural design calculations, site & pier inspection, construction coordination and preparation of plans & documents, and development of design for: complete superstructure & substructure of bridges, elevated pedestrian decking systems and for overflow parking capacity & layout. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing his Masters degree. |

Hollister Siegmund

Siegmund Environmental Services
Mr. Siegmund specializes in sales and installation of the Singulair and Modulair wastewater treatment systems. He works closely with our overseas affiliates who sell, manufacture and install the same systems. Prior to joining the company he worked on the sales team for a major Internet sales company.

Carmel B A McGill
Business Development
Ms. McGill comes from the field of real estate development in New York City and now divides her time between business development for SiegmundGroup and land development consulting for SAI. Her activities include site and feasibility analysis, marketing analysis, coordinating environmental statement impact material, negotiating with municipal, county and state authorities and delivering presentations to Town Boards and Planning Boards. |
