A simple and cost effective system that treats domestic wastewater before it is reintroduced into the environment.

The Singulair uses extended aeration to remove an average of 90% of the pollutants found in normal household wastewater. In a single 3 chambered concrete tank, that replaces a standard septic tank, the Singulair provides pretreatment, aeration, clarification and filtration. The only mechanical component is the aerator, which is simply a 1/6 Hp electric motor that spins on a timed cycle and draws air into the tank.

The operation of the system is silent; it uses a small amount of electricity, and is designed to provide complete renovation of wastewater. The aerator is compact and easily accessible for service and maintenance and comes with an industry leading 50 year warranty.

Ten simple reasons why Singulair surpasses other technologies in the marketplace!
Cost Effective - The least expensive alternative technology available
Easy Installation - Tank is delivered and set just like a standard septic tank
Simple Operation - A single electric motor is the only moving part
Easy to Maintain - Trained service techs clean the aerator and filter in less than 1 hour
Simple Control Panel - Alerts if the system is not functioning properly
Inexpensive to Operate - Uses less electricity than a refrigerator
Less Pumping - than the standard septic and depending on use it averages 2 to 3 years between pumping
Protects the Leachfield - Removes over 90% of the solid materials that can clog your leach field
Reduces Leaching Area - System is granted reductions in leaching area and separation to groundwater because of superior performance
Service Program - One phone number to call in case of emergency, complete record keeping and reporting to comply with local and state regulations

The Singulair was the first innovative alternative technology approved in Rhode Island and one of the first systems approved under Title V in Massachusetts. SES handles sales, installation and maintenance of the Singulair in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and overseas affiliates distribute it in Central Europe and the Caribbean.
